Responsibilities
• Obtain hands-on experience as a bather• Learn about different dog breeds and styling• Assist groomers and provide support throughout pets' stay• Attend Grooming Academy for further education• Groom different breeds and sizes of dogs• Build relationships with clients and advise on styles• Suggest new services to clients• Ensure the satisfaction of clients• Meet target of grooming 200 dogs• Continuously improve grooming skills
Requirements
• Passion for grooming• Willingness to learn and be trained• Ability to work under the guidance of experienced groomers• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions• Ability to handle and groom different dog breeds• Ability to meet grooming targets• Ability to build relationships with clients• Ability to advise on grooming styles• Ability to suggest and sell additional services
