Bartender

Mont Du Lac Resort in Superior, WI is looking for experienced bartenders/Servers to join our team. We are located at 3125 S Mont Du Lac Dr. we are increasing our Spring and Summer hours and also need bartenders for summer events. This position is for both day and evening shifts available 7 days a week. Day Shifts start at 11:30am - 5/6:00 pm and evening and event shifts begin between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages Serving guests at tables including at the bar Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks Anticipate customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Clean bar area and glassware Qualifications
Working experience as a bartender and server (preferred) Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate (can obtain before, during or after hiring process) We are looking forward to hearing from you!
