• Mixing and serving a wide range of beverages• Providing excellent customer service and engaging in friendly conversation• Handling cash transactions and maintaining a cash register• Keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked• Cleaning and maintaining back of the house areas• Having a strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages• Adhering to legal and safety regulations• Upselling and promoting special offers and events• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment• Handling customer complaints and diffusing tense situations
Requirements
