Responsibilities
• Mix ingredients for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages• Interact verbally with bar guests to create a friendly atmosphere• Serve food and drinks to bar guests• Complete opening and closing side work• Slice fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks• Present guest checks and handle transactions• Process employee and/or manager food orders• Relay food orders to the kitchen via the point-of-sale system
Requirements
• Desire to care for others, grow, and learn• Positive attitude• Ability to operate bar equipment• Ability to stand and immerse hands in water frequently• Basic math and communication skills• Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds and bend/stoop• Adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate a touchscreen
