Bartender

We are seeking a qualified physical Bartender who will utilize proper judgement while preparing and serving beverages to patrons.Applicant must have the ability to successfully complete certification programs as instructed by the property.Key Requirements/ Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age or older, in accordance with the property's state/local laws for serving alcoholic beverages.Previous beverage service experience is preferred.Ability to stand for long period of time and perform repetitive motions.Flexible schedule to meet business needs.Detail-orientated individual who is able to focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment.Ability to maintain a composed, approachable and professional attitude.Responsibilities:Verifying that patrons are of the legal drinking age by checking their identification in accordance with state/local laws.Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.Restock, replenish bar inventory and supplies regularly throughout shift.Entering orders into bar POS, collecting payments, and balancing cash drawer.Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance and bar area at all times.Benefits such as:For all team members:Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) after 6 months of service.100% match at 3% contributions, 50% up to 5%.Paid Time Off – Sick & VacationHoliday PayGrowth and development opportunities with us as a company, potentially at the same property or transferring to another one of our properties.
