GOMA, a Japanese fusion concept located in downtown Cleveland, is seeking a talented and motivated Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at GOMA, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can showcase your bartending skills and creativity.
Requirements: Experience as a bartender Knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage preparation Bartending certificate is a plus Basic computer and math skills Strong teamwork and communication skills Professional and positive disposition Ability to maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar Flexibility in schedule, including weekend availability Responsibilities: Take orders and serve drinks and food to guests Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Create classic and innovative cocktails Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide exceptional guest experience Make menu recommendations based on customer preferences Ensure the bar is clean, stocked, and organized Check customers' IDs to comply with legal drinking age Join our team at GOMA and be part of a fun and collaborative work environment where you can enhance your skills and grow as a bartender. Goma is a new Japanese fusion concept; Chef Dante Boccuzzi's newest project. We're located at the corner of E. 4th and Prospect in downtown Cleveland. The menu draws upon Boccuzzi's worldwide award-winning culinary career, which includes serving as the executive chef at Nobu in Milan, where he worked directly with Nobu Matsuhisa and Giorgio Armani at the flagship establishment.
