Responsibilities: Ensure guest satisfaction by providing the best experience at the bars Maintain a high degree of cleanliness and sanitation at bar areas Prepare cocktails, wine and beer orders for bar guests and waitstaff orders Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol Ensure bar is well-stocked and clean Track guest's behavior and sales Maintains drink recipe documentation Perform all applicable opening, mid-day and/or closing procedures Perform other duties as assigned by FOH Manager and/or Bar Manager Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Service experience as a bartender Ability to operate computer, cash register and credit card verification equipment Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, and be familiar with standard drink recipes Attention to detail, strong organizational skills; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions Possess good guest relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team oriented Well-groomed and neat appearance Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability mandatory for consideration of employment Sips and Tips certified Benefits: Competitive hourly wage and benefits package Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) opportunity Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance after 60 days of full-time employment Potential for paid vacation, holidays Employee discount on park food and attractions Bravo Bucks (accruing account to Boondocks based on time worked to offset purchases) Please email resume to:
