Responsibilities
• Set-up, mix, and serve drinks to guests following company standards.• Interact with guests in a cordial and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.• Check customer identification and process payments according to company policies.• Maintain inventory and perform side work duties as assigned.• Comply with state liquor laws and obtain certification.• Ensure adherence to established pars and beverage safety controls.
Requirements
• High school education or equivalent experience.• Experience of 3-6 months in a food/beverage services environment.• Ability to mix cocktails/drinks correctly and provide exceptional service.• Proficiency in multitasking and handling bar equipment, including modern technology.• Manual coordination to operate buttons, grasp items, and carry loaded trays.• Fluency in English to communicate with management, staff, and guests.
