Job Description: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bilingual Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at El Venado, you will be an integral part of our guests' experience, providing not only high-quality drinks but also contributing to our welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including signature cocktails, with precision and creativity.

Engage with guests to provide a personalized experience, making recommendations based on their preferences.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.

Manage inventory and stock supplies as needed.

Participate in creating new drink recipes and menu development.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure an efficient and enjoyable dining experience.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a bartender.

Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.

TABC certification.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Tips: Our bartenders make great tips as our restaurant/bar is a destination where our guests want to stay and enjoy live music and our amazing vibe. Tips are paid within 24 hours of shift
