Employee referral program THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE This position can be full-time or part-time and will work shifts within our operating hours of:
Monday - Thursday: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM Friday - Saturday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sundays: 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM You will mix and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following our standard recipes, ensuring each beverage meets our quality and presentation specifications. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing large batches of drink mixes, juices, and simple syrup, labeling them with the name and date for efficient inventory management. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area is essential. You will wash and dry all glasses used in the restaurant, following our guidelines for hygiene and cleanliness.
Additionally, you will perform assigned cleaning duties to uphold our high standards of cleanliness throughout the bar area. As part of ensuring smooth service, it will be your responsibility to stock the necessary inventory at the bar before busy restaurant hours. After each shift, you will conduct a physical inventory of the beer in the bar coolers using the inventory sheets provided, helping us maintain accurate records.

Fluency in English Customer service skills Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes Posession of basic math skills and the ability to handle money and operate a cash register Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
