Located in fast growing Lenoir City, TN Voted Winner "Best Coffee Roaster" 2018, 2019 and currently nominated for the same for 2020 in Memphis TN, Nashville, TN, and Knoxville, TN Ugly Mug Coffee is looking for Baristas for our busy, fast growing café. Hours of Operation: 7 – 7 M-F / 8 – 7 SAT / 8 – 3 SUN We offer a full coffee bar, nitro and cold brew, iced, and frozen coffee and non-coffee drinks, teas, and smoothies, freshly baked pastries, gluten-free items, many breakfast sandwiches, paninis, flatbread pizzas, and quiche. Baristas with UGLY MUG COFFEE receive very good tips, and develop relationships with local customers as well as many new customers. They have the opportunity to grow and increase their coffee knowledge and training level for increased pay and advancement. Job satisfaction is high.
