Responsibilities: Help open and close the restaurant Train fellow team members by working alongside them on the front line showing how to create Little Rad's coffee, espresso and tea Ensure customers get the best possible service Ensure all food and service meet our standard of excellence by keeping an eye on quality as foods comes out Lead by example by living the core values and treating our team the way we want them to treat the customer Bring passion, energy, and enthusiasm to everything you do, including food preparation and taking care of our customers Help in maintaining Radish Kitchen as the cleanest place around Requirements * Barista experience required
