Bar Manager

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable Beverage Manager to join our talented team at our second Sophia Steak location in Lake Forest! The Beverage Manager is responsible for meeting with vendors, weekly inventory, coding invoices, adhering to purchasing budgets, meeting sales objectives, training staff on Sophia's beverage offerings, and working the floor during service with an emphasis on beverage sales.
