Job summary
La Cour is looking for an exceptional Bar Manager for their Highland Village restaurant.The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of senior leadership experience in a full-service restaurant.Strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills are required.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the cocktail and spirits programs, meet revenue and cost control goals.• Train and develop bartenders and FOH team on cocktail recipes and protocols.• Ensure high standard of quality control, maintain inventory levels, and initiate vendor relationships.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership position overseeing a full-service restaurant.• ServeSafe Certificate required.• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.• Strong financial acumen and a big-picture mentality.• A hands-on approach and ability to meet physical and scheduling demands.• Extensive knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and house cocktails.
