Do you have a strong passion for hospitality and craft cocktails, and want to work at one of the most unique places in Lake Geneva? Maxwell Mansion is hiring a bar back with strong work ethic and customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a high paced environment.
CRAFT COCKTAIL BARTENDER RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with setting up and breaking down the bars Prepare craft cocktail syrups and infusions from scratch Assist the bartender/mixologist as needed Refill low and empty and bar stocks Clear empty glasses and other dishes Clean, polish and replenish glass supply Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Keep bar and other work areas clean and organized Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations BAR BACK QUALIFICATIONS: 18 years of age or older Previous experience as a bar back preferred Passion for craft cocktails and creating memorable experiences for guests Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Superior customer service-driven approach Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Able to lift more than 50 lbs.
