Banquet Houseperson

Set up, break down, and service all meeting rooms.
Set up all meeting rooms according to specifications of client. Break down all meeting room where meetings have concluded and return to storage closet. Adheres to all hotel security procedures to ensure guest safety. Keeps meeting room doors closed to assure noise does not disturb other guests. Responds to all guest and client requests promptly and efficiently. Works with other hotel departments to provide exceptional guest and client services. Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water. Maintain established cleaning schedules of meeting rooms and ballrooms. Operates hotel freight elevator in prescribed manner to ensure safe and efficient set up of rooms. Possess strong communication skills. Ability to multi-task. Speak and understand English EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High School Diploma preferred Prior hospitality experience preferred.
