Your Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.  Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiriesProvide excellent customer service through active listeningWork with confidential customer information and treat it sensitivelyAim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactiveAppropriately communicate with customersWe're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
