Bakery Production Coworker

Job summary
Join our Bakery Production crew and be trained to operate bakery equipment to make delicious products.Work schedule: Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, 2:30pm to 10:30pm.No prior production or baking experience required.

Responsibilities
• Operate bakery equipment to produce sweet goods and bread products.• Adhere to sanitation and hygiene standards.• Work accurately and in a detail-oriented manner.• Work in a fast-paced production environment.• Work well alone and as part of a team.• Learn and perform a variety of job tasks.• Work in a noisy environment frequently.
Requirements
• Basic math aptitude.• Stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift.• Bend/reach/twist constantly.• Lift/carry 50 pounds to 60 inches frequently.• Work in temperatures of 70-90+ degrees F.• Kneel/squat occasionally.• Push/pull up to 87 pounds of force occasionally.• Lift/carry 15 pounds to 72 inches occasionally.
Key Skills Needed
• Accuracy/detail orientation.• Basic math skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to work in a team.• Willingness to learn and perform various job tasks.
Benefits
