Responsibilities
• Create pastries for the up-scale case as well as ice cakes as per orders• Makes pastries and decorates cakes, cupcakes, cookies, etc. in specified patterns• Prepare bakery items including cakes, tortillas, pastries, cookies• Answer phones and take customer orders, ensuring orders are completed on time• Wash and sanitize equipment• Adhere to company policies & procedures• Assist on special projects• Perform any and all duties as assigned
