We are looking for outgoing and friendly faces to work Babettes' fast paced bakery counter, helping customers with coffee drinks, bakery and market purchases, and keeping a clean storefront and dining room. We are looking for someone with the following qualities;
Strong sense of urgency and hospitality; capable of interacting with customers and with problem solving to help customers as needed. Team Player; good with communicating, taking initiative in keeping Babettes' running smoothly as well as thinking forward to what can be done to make a smooth transition to the next shift. Everyone shares the tip pool, everyone shares the work in creating a welcoming environment for all of our guests. Takes pride in a clean and organized space, there is plenty to clean. -We have multiple shifts open between 7 am - 4:30 pm, must be available weekends, preferable available on weekends beyond the summer. Lots of cleaning involved, we take great pride in a clean establishment.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays and Tuesdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $24.00/hour.
