Stan's Artisan Breads is a natural extension for the Chief Doughboy. It is all about the dough! Job Description: We are seeking an experienced baker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial baking processes and be proficient in operating bakery equipment. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Operate industrial baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent product quality Monitor baking processes, including oven temperatures and baking times Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Maintain accurate production records and documentation Qualifications: Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in baking Knowledge of industrial baking equipment and processes Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life benefits available FREE single BCBS PPO medical plan available 1st of the month following 60 days of employment 75% employer contribution to a single BCBS HMO or PPO medical plan 401k with dollar-for-dollar match up to 4% with immediate vesting Paid time off
