We are currently looking for an energetic, highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to lead our Back of House during the evening hours.

Effectively communicate clear priorities and guidance as you and your teammates face numerous competing priorities in a fast paced, challenging, ever-changing environment. Display unwavering professionalism with guests & teammates as you showcase our business and the Chick-fil-A Brand to hundreds of guests each day Follow Pre-closing Procedures and prepare the Back of House for the next day Oversee and execute food safety procedures (including rotation of product and internal safety assessments) Oversee and assist with closing procedures in the kitchen, making sure cleanliness and food safety expectations are met Other duties as assigned At least 1 year of previous leadership experience is required along with measurable results, a heart for service, and extreme dependability.
