Avionics Technician

Avionics Technician needed in Charlotte, NC Our client, a leader in the aviation industry, is seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with avionics systems repair and installations in corporate aircraft settings.
Responsibilities: Perform avionics systems repair and installations. Conduct troubleshooting of corporate aircraft avionics systems. Configure systems and utilize test equipment for checks. Install wire bundles and wiring harnesses. Collaborate with engineering teams and customers, requiring strong communication skills. Upload navigation databases, charts, and EGPWS systems. Complete any other assigned duties as needed. Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience in avionics systems. Proficiency in reading wiring schematics, blueprints, and manuals. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Knowledge of sheet metal work is an advantage. Willingness to work overtime and be on weekend standby as required. Ability to procure and maintain necessary tools. Experience with wiring harness layout and fabrication. Education :
High school diploma or equivalent. A&P Certificate is a plus. Training in electrical installation and troubleshooting is beneficial.
