AV Technician
GavinHeath is partnering with a client in Denver, CO looking to add an AV Technician to their team. The role is a CONTRACT-TO-HIRE position.
Must have QSYS Certification
Responsibilities :
Installation and service for commercial A/V, security, and automation systems Troubleshooting, repair, and updates to systems to operate at peak performance Termination and connection of wiring as determined by the project Installation, configuration and testing of components according to company quality standards Assembly, wiring, and installation of equipment racks and wiring harnesses Programming and commissioning of systems Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Follow general building codes and construction requirements Other duties as assigned by the service manager Qualifications :
Programming experience with Q-SYS (Certification) Strong technical background with expertise in Surveillance/Access Control, networking and/or Audio Visual systems Proficiency with hand tools and software troubleshooting Knowledge of computer hardware and ability to read schematics Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills Proficiency in project management tools and software applications Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
