Automotive Titles Clerk

Pioneer-Family Auto is in need of a Title Clerk ASAP! The right candidate will possess Strong Experience and Ability in Automotive Title/Title Work and related activities. The position requires a detail-oriented person who thrives in a fast paced environment. The individual in this role must be a team player, willing to support the other personnel to optimize efficiency.Requirements:Title Experience RequiredAbility to multi-taskMust be multi-faceted in order to fill in other positions when neededMust have a professional appearance and work ethicMust have excellent written and oral communication skillsMust be insurable and possess a valid Driver's LicenseMust have a high school diploma or equivalentResponsibilities:Executing Automotive Title clerical functions to financial and legal departmentsProcessing and verify financial and legal documents of vehicles to finalize sales dealsPreparing and process Automotive Title and Tax documents of vehiclesPreparing legal transfer documents to submit to the state motor vehicles departmentVerifying and analyze free and clear title issues, odometer reading, and VIN numberProcessing and verify incoming titles accurately so as to transfer to buyersAnswering and respond to customers courteously on all issues relating to titlesAdhering to company guidelines and procedures in the title clerical activatesEnsuring compliance of state, federal, or local laws in processing titlesWhat We Offer:Full-time hours, Monday-Friday 8 A.M.-5 P.M.Pay commensurate with experience and referencesHealth, Dental, Vision and Life Insurances* 401KAbout Pioneer-Family Auto TeamPioneer-Family Auto Team is a family-owned auto group with over 40-years of experience in automotive sales, service and customer satisfaction in Mid-Ohio Valley.
