YOUR ROLE This full-time position offers a stable schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , providing work-life balance and consistency in your daily routine.
As an Automotive Service Writer, your daily responsibilities will revolve around engaging with customers to ascertain their service needs, meticulously crafting service tickets, and efficiently managing technician schedules. Your expertise in customer interaction and meticulous documentation will ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of experience as a service writer Excellent communication skills Bilingual proficiency is a plus!
