Responsibilities
• Manage office and shop personnel and daily operations• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures• Ensure quality of work, attitude, and performance meet customer satisfaction goals• Develop customer estimates and work orders• Assign work orders to technicians• Ensure selection of quality parts• Open and close stores on a daily basis• Perform accounting closing and balancing procedures• Perform reconciliations, audits, and report analysis• Greet and communicate with customers before, during, and after service
Requirements
• 5 years work experience in Automotive Customer Service & Service Sales• Supervisory or Management experience in the Automotive Industry• Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications• Experience in TekMetric software application preferred• Graduation from an industry recognized service training program preferred• ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience• Current driver's licenses with acceptable driving record• Physical requirements: being on feet for majority of workday, occasionally lifting heavy objects, driving manual transmission vehicles, using keyboard and mouse, using standard handset phone
Key Skills Needed
