Schedule, write repair orders, dispatch orders to 4 technicians, provide estimates and sell jobs etc. In this position, you are the liaison between our clients and our automotive service technicians. When a customer comes in to get their car serviced, you are the first person they talk to, so strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial. Your job is to listen to their concerns about their vehicle, determine what services they need, and work with our mechanics to create a service plan and price estimate.

A thorough understanding of automotive maintenance and auto repair is a plus.
