Responsibilities
• Promptly greet and assist customers• Represent the dealership and provide exceptional service• Outline customer needs on repair orders• Test drive vehicles with customers to confirm problems• Research vehicle service history and recommend additional services• Advise customers on caring for their vehicles• Provide accurate cost estimates• Establish promise time and follow up• Communicate effectively with technicians• Monitor vehicle progress and inform customers• Review completed work with customers and handle payment
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year service advisor experience• Exceptional customer service skills• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player• Flexible schedule and valid driver's license• Excellent work ethic
