As an Automotive Sales Manager, your mission is to cultivate professional relationships with customers and assist in enhancing their business efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. You'll collaborate with dealership personnel to pinpoint areas for improvement within their operations. Leveraging established consulting service programs and your wealth of industry knowledge, you'll work towards resolving these challenges. Following project completion, you'll maintain ongoing relationships with customers, providing continual support and troubleshooting. By empowering our clients to excel across various dealership domains, you'll establish trust that drives further sales of our consulting services. Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years, and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
- Dependable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
- 3+ years of automotive dealership experience in roles such as sales associate/representative, service advisor, parts counter, controller, or marketing associate.
- Previous dealership management experience is advantageous (e.g., sales manager, internet sales manager, business development manager, F&I manager, marketing manager, marketing director, parts manager, service manager, fixed operations manager).
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Willingness to travel extensively overnight (up to 5 nights per week).
Training:
Our comprehensive training program entails:
- Hands-on experience with seasoned consulting and sales representatives in the field for approximately 90 days.
- Completion of online courses from your home office.
- Classroom instruction at our offices in Dayton and Houston.
During training, you'll receive a $55K base salary with eligibility for quarterly bonuses post the 6-9 month training period. Your total targeted income after training (inclusive of base and bonuses) is $75K+.
