Job Requirements:Automotive Sales Manager Qualifications: You MUST have automotive sales management or automotive finance management experience to apply. This is non-negotiable.Bilingual a huge plus.A strong work ethic with the ability to achieve desired results Strong Leadership Skills Be assertive and knowledgeable in dealership sales operations Be results-driven, highly energized and self-motivatedUsed car buying/appraising experience a PLUSAuto Manufacturer Master Sales and/or Management Certifications a PLUSMust be available to work a flexible schedule including weekendsHigh School Diploma/ GED required.
