Responsibilities
• Engaging with customers to determine their needs and preferences• Demonstrating vehicles and providing detailed information• Conducting test drives and answering customer questions• Communicating pricing options, financing, and trade-in values• Maintaining knowledge of all vehicles in inventory• Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after sale• Collaborating with sales team and management to achieve sales goals• Assisting with vehicle delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction• Following up with customers post-sale for satisfaction and future business
Requirements
• Clean driving record to meet insurance standards• High school diploma or equivalent• Proven track record of success in sales• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Detail-oriented, organized, and time management abilities• Outstanding customer service skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Valid Washington State Driver's License or equivalent• Ability to work evenings and weekends• Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
