Automotive Parts Manager

What We're Looking ForPecheles Automotive seeks an experienced Parts Manager to lead our busy Hyundai Volkswagen and Audi Parts Departments.Responsibilities:The Parts Manager will be skilled at providing daily leadership and can sustain a culture of employee engagement and accountability. The Parts Manager will maintain a customer follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business, as well as provide ongoing top-quality customer service with a goal of achieving maximum market penetration and profitability. The Parts Manager is responsible for assisting customers in servicing, repairing and explaining needed parts, and keeping the customer informed as to the parts status during the servicing of their vehicle.
