Seeking Automotive Estimate Specialists Hourly Rate: $25-$28

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with technicians to draft estimates post vehicle teardown. Ensure adherence to OEM repair guidelines. Facilitate transparent communication with the parts department to resolve issues. Work closely with production management to oversee timely repairs. Conduct meetings with external field adjusters to discuss repair plans. Coordinate with fellow estimators to manage sublet work and align on completion timelines. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Collision Center Estimator/Advisor. Proficient in industry-standard estimation software (Audatex, CCC ONE, Mitchell). Preferred certifications such as ASE or I-CAR are a plus. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor. Self-motivated with effective time management skills. Physically able to operate computer hardware/software. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Basic computer proficiency. Exceptional attention to detail with strong prioritization and deadline management skills.
