Responsibilities
• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries• Consistently sell technicians' time to service customers• Distribute work between technicians efficiently• Answer technical questions and order parts as necessary• Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems• Oversee administration of warranty claims• Set schedules and assign tasks to service department employees• Collaborate with upper management on hiring and discipline decisions
Requirements
• Must be a top performer• Outstanding in sales and follow-through• At least one year of experience in automobile service write-ups• Experience with CDK is a plus• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed• Must possess a valid driver's license
