About the Position After the successful completion of your Introductory Period (90 days), you will be eligible for a $1,500.00 sign-on bonus.

This is a full-time opportunity that works during the 7:45 am - 5:00 pm time frame, Monday through Friday. The Automotive Body Technician will report to the Collision Center Manager and pay will commensurate with the chosen candidate's experience.
Essential Job Functions Restores damaged vehicles to their original structural integrity, function, and appearance Use hand tools and power tools to remove or repair damaged parts Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy Work with a variety of metals and plastics, as well as glass, electrical, and mechanical parts Properly install new parts Weld as needed Follow all workplace safety requirements Other duties as assigned by supervisor Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Three or more years of automotive collision repair experience ICAR or ASE certification in auto body repair preferred Have own tools Ability to read and follow instructions on repair orders Valid driver's license and clean driving report Characteristics Sought Passionate about repairing vehicles Meticulous attention to detail Ability to work without supervision Willingness to continually learn Ability to think critically Punctual and reliable Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
