Job Summary:Crossroads Hyundai, a leading automotive dealership in Loveland, Colorado, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Automotive BDC (Business Development Center). This is a full-time, individual contributor role in our marketing department, with a salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year. As an Automotive BDC, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and customer satisfaction by managing and cultivating leads through various communication channels.Compensation & Benefits:In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings plan, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases.Responsibilities:Manage and track all incoming leads through various communication channels, including phone, email, and website inquiriesRespond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries and requests, providing accurate and thorough informationSchedule and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealershipUtilize various software and systems to accurately track and manage customer interactionsMaintain thorough knowledge of dealership products and services to effectively address customer inquiriesCollaborate with sales team to ensure timely and effective follow-up on customer leadsConduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to promote sales and servicesMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely mannerWork closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive salesParticipate in regular training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developmentsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Marketing or related field preferred1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM softwareOutgoing personality with a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer serviceEEOC Statement:Crossroads Hyundai is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
