Responsibilities
• Assist EGS, automation engineers, and project users in identifying and extracting technical data• Work with Engineering Automation team on schedule and reporting work progress• Organize and coordinate software lifecycle documents• Create user accounts and update Engineering Automation website• Perform routine data quality checks• Provide user assistance related to automation tools• Support training presentations and prepare training documents• Prepare change management documents under engineer supervision• Ensure work is performed on schedule with high quality standards• Create a work environment that fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, and satisfaction
Requirements
• New university grad plus 1 year work experience• Proficiency in software tools (MS Excel, Word, Access, Power Point)• Strong aptitude for utilizing the computer to collect, organize, and present technical data• Analytical skills to analyze data within technical documents• Communication skills to work with data analysts, engineers, technical experts, and management• Attention to detail to accurately capture relevant technical details• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year or less of related experience• US citizenship required• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
