The ideal candidate will possess the ability to diagnose, identify root causes, and rectify plant issues related to automation, robotics, and maintenance, along with effectively communicating findings and providing training to others in repair procedures.

What your day will look like:Diagnose and troubleshoot various robot cellsProgram new products into existing cellsInterface with customers to address their needsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word & ExcelAbility to work independently with attention to detailManage automation/equipment projects including preparation of project descriptions and specifications, vendor selection, and coordination of activitiesEnhance reliability and performance of production equipmentExperience in projects for automotive suppliers and automation systems concept developmentFamiliarity with different automated assembly methods

What we are looking for:5-8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to interpret PLC and electrical printsExperience with injection molding machines and robotic controlsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesProficiency in mathematical tools for business case assessmentsPreferred experience in plastics and robotics, PLC/Vision programming
