Automatic Press Operator

Location: Grand Rapids MI
Position Type: Full-Time Direct Hire
Pay: $21 -$26/hour based on experience
Shift: 2 nd and 3 rd shift
Qualifications: Prepare presses and work sites for set up. Set up presses Prepare dies for installation, installing and removing dies in the press. Troubleshoot presses (using Smart Pac, CNC computers, and controls), this includes poky-yoke, light curtains, and sensor reading. Perform all tasks of a changeover. Perform all aspects of coil changing safely. Use the Torch and Plasma cutter as needed. Learn to modify and adjust existing programs of the press controls. Operate automatic equipment. Diploma or GED 6 months of automatic press experience preferred
