As a Technician Trainee, you will: Learn through paid hands-on and classroom training Install and repair auto glass and recalibrate automotive safety systems Provide additional services and products to customers Safely operate a company vehicle and use company-issued tools Prepare for career advancement by testing your knowledge, embracing a positive attitude, and following training techniques What you'll get: Weekly pay starting at $16.50/hour Pay increase to $17.75/hour after successful training Potential promotion and increased pay up to $23/hour within the first year Paid training and necessary tools and resources Bonus for adding wiper blades for customer safety Additional paid time off through a program to buy or sell unused time Comprehensive benefits package valued at more than $10k, including 401(k) plan, medical plans, paid time off, holidays, and volunteer days What you'll need: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions and being on your feet for extended periods Flexible availability to accommodate customer needs Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds High school diploma or equivalent preferred If this position interests you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet every requirement.
