Position Overview: We area a fully remote CPA firm based out of Texas with employees in most of the 50 states, Japan, South Africa, and the Philippines. We have embraced a remote work basis to the fullest, without limiting growth or engagement. Due to this, we are growing at an extreme rate, and are looking to bring tallents Audit Senior supervisor on to grow with us. We are looking for someone with full cycle experience, who can manage multiple engagements and client simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of auditors, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their work. Set and maintain high standards of auditing and provide guidance and instruction to the team. Advise clients on auditing matters and provide assurance services. Review audit work and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the audit. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service. Prepare and present audit reports and findings. Analyze financial statements and identify areas of concern. Qualifications: CPA, EA, preferred (not required). Strong understanding of auditing principles, accounting standards, and regulations. Experience in public accounting and assurance services. Excellent leadership and management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong customer service and client relationship management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
