Role Overview:
As a Senior Associate, you will play a vital role in our team, leveraging your expertise in accounting and auditing to deliver high-quality services to our clients. We welcome applications from experienced professionals seeking fully remote roles, with a minimum of two busy seasons of senior-level experience or higher. For associates and new associates, regular presence at our Lincolnshire office is required for training and career development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation with at least 5 years of A&A experience in public accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required, Masters or advanced degree desired.
- 3+ years of experience working with construction clients preferred.
- 5+ years of experience providing financial statement auditing services.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates.
- Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to provide exceptional client service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other relevant software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise audit engagements, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on thorough analysis of financial data.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
