Audiologist

Ear, Nose and Throat Consultants with multiple offices in the Southeast Michigan area is looking for a motivated Audiologist to represent our practice with professionalism and provide exemplary patient care. This employee must be driven, poised, articulate, and possess the strongest of communication skills. Responsibilities:
Administer and interpret with written report, full complement of audiometric testing including pure tone, tympanometry, acoustic reflexes, otoacoustic emissions, speech reception and discrimination.Establishing effective rapport with patients as well as their family members, providing realistic expectations regarding their hearing loss and hearing aid recommendations.Diagnostic Hearing EvaluationsTreating the Adult populationFitting and Dispensing hearing aids.Electrophysiology and VNGQualifications:
A Master's or Au. D will be considered.An Active MI Audiology licensure/ability to obtain.Some VNG experience is a plus.Working with various hearing aid manufacturers, programming, troubleshooting, minor repairs, counseling.Skills:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Great time management skills, multi-tasking and organizational skills.A team player/ability to work closely with ENT Physicians as well as working independently.Good computer skills, organized and time management skills.We offer a very competitive salary along with PTO time, Paid Holidays, Healthcare (paid in part by the practice)/Vision/Dental/Life Insurance after 90 days. Salary range including bonus $90K+.
