Responsibilities
• Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services• Perform checks and repairs on hearing aids• Achieve growth with a strong focus on sales and patient care• Develop relationships with local community leaders• Ensure clinic inventory meets business needs• Support Telehealth initiatives• Maintain an active Hearing Aid Dispensing License• Continuing education requirements• Communicate test results and propose treatment• Technical proficiency with computers and systems
Requirements
• Master's Degree and/or Doctorate of Audiology• Minimum of two years of professional experience• Previous experience in dispensing hearing products• Maintain continuing education requirements• Ability to communicate effectively with patients• Technically savvy with MS Office Suite
