Colorado Ear Care (CEC) is a full-service, family owned private audiology practice with 4 locations in Colorado. We are seeking a full-time Audiologist to work in multiple locations in the Denver area. This position will focus on hearing tests, tinnitus, hearing aids and advanced diagnostics including vestibular testing. If you do not have experience with vestibular testing, or need a refresher, CEC offers extensive training!
Responsibilities:  Comprehensive Hearing Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' hearing abilities using various diagnostic tests and equipment. 
Hearing Aid Selection and Fitting:Recommend appropriate hearing aid solutions based on patients' hearing loss, lifestyle, and preferences. Provide expert guidance on device selection and ensure proper fitting and adjustment for optimal performance. 
Counseling and Education: Offer personalized counseling and education to patients and their families on hearing loss, communication strategies, and the use and care of hearing aids and assistive devices. 
Follow-up Care: Provide ongoing support and follow-up care to monitor patients' progress with their hearing aids. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure continued satisfaction and improved hearing outcomes. 
Tinnitus Management: Assess and provide treatment options for patients experiencing tinnitus, including counseling, sound therapy, and other specialized interventions. 
Collaboration:Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including otolaryngologists, speech-language pathologists, and primary care physicians, to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for patients. 
Community Outreach:Participate in community outreach events, educational seminars, and workshops to raise awareness about hearing health and the services offered at Colorado Ear Care. 
Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program. 
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Colorado. 
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) preferred. 
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of audiometric testing procedures and equipment. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. 
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
