Full job description Veterans Evaluation Services is seeking qualified Audiologists (Au.D, M.A., M.S., PHD, MCD, Ed.D) to join our provider network as an independent contractor to perform disability examinations for Veterans for the following locations:
Bloomington, IL *Applicants must have their own office within 100 miles of the job location

Qualifications Audiologist
Doctorate Degree in Audiology (AuD), Masters of Audiology (M.A.) Master's of Science Degree in Audiology (M.S.) Audiology of Speech Language Pathology Degree (PHD) Master's in Communication Disorders (MCD), Doctor of Education in Audiology (Ed.D) An active and unrestricted license in the state in which exams are performed.
