Attorney-Defense Civil Litigation

A highly regarded Newark Delaware Law firm is seeking a motivated attorney with experience working on civil defense litigation matters (i.e., premises liability, personal injury, automobile/trucking accidents, construction defect, medical malpractice, etc.).
Requirements
Must be admitted to the State Bar of DE, PA bar a plus
previous experience working on the defense of general liability matters, with significant experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing, and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
