As an ATM Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the Banking services department by providing quality service on our various projects in and around St Paul, MN and the surrounding areas of "The Twin Cities" . The ATM Field Service Tech will service customers by determining issues with products, resolving problems, performing preventative maintenance, installation, and training customers on the proper use of equipment. This person will be self-motivated, have a strong desire to learn a trade, and have the willingness to be part of a team that exceeds our customers' expectations.
This role focuses on providing high-quality repairs, installation, and troubleshooting safes, vaults, and ATMs. No two days are the same and no two locations will be either. One day you could be on site all day and the next, on call waiting for the next booking. This role is hourly and comes with a company vehicle.
You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. This role requires you to work as part of a team as well as independently, have great attention to detail, and be able to carry items up to 50 pounds or more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to: Provide first and second level repairs and preventive maintenance on ATMs, TCR's, SmartSafes, and other financial equipment Electro-mechanical skills a must, ability to use basic hand tools including but not limited to multi-meter, voltmeter, volt-ohm meter Prioritizing and planning service calls Adhere to service operating procedures Take ownership of your assigned territory and meet service performance goals Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor to foster positive customer relationships Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving product performance issues Have and maintain a clean and valid motor vehicle record and driver's license Updating call status to reflect an estimated time of arrival (ETA) and providing resolutions and updates as required Working with local service team and service management team to reassign calls as required Timely and accurate reporting of service updates and call closure information to the call center Escalation of issues to the service management team as required Follow material control processes in support of assigned responsibilities (keys, combinations, alarms, parts inventory, etc.) Actively participate in equipment, maintenance, and supply sales lead program Essential functions of this position include prolonged travel with driving several hours per day, rotating and weekend shifts, carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. without assistance, bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination and the ability to adjust focus for prolonged periods of time Qualifications, Job Skills & Requirements Provide first and second level repairs and preventive maintenance on ATMs, SmartSafes, and other financial equipment Electro-mechanical skills a must, ability to use basic hand tools including but not limited to multi-meter, voltmeter, volt-ohm meter Competent with a computer and Windows application Experience with downloading and upgrading software A+ certification preferred Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving product performance issues Professional communication in speaking with and listening to customers Have and maintain a clean and valid motor vehicle record and driver's license Completed administrative tasks and duties within allotted time frame Have schedule coordination skills Up to 50% overnight travel as required by the needs of the business We Offer Incredible Perks & Benefits including, but not limited to: Competitive Pay Vacation & Sick Package, and Paid Holidays Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance HSA and FSA Health Care Accounts 401k Plan with Employer Match Company Paid Life Insurance On-Going Learning & Development Training Company Vehicle, Fuel and Credit Cards for Expenses Company Provided Cellphone and Laptop Employee Assistance Program, and so much more!
