Responsibilities
• Provide repairs and maintenance on ATMs, SmartSafes, and other financial equipment• Plan and prioritize service calls• Maintain positive customer relationships• Troubleshoot and resolve product performance issues• Update call status and provide resolutions as required• Report service updates and closure information• Follow material control processes• Participate in sales lead program
Requirements
• Clean and valid driver's license• Ability to travel and work rotating and weekend shifts• Physical ability to carry and lift tools and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs• Ability to work with hands and adjust focus for prolonged periods
